SALARY PROCEDURE OF HONORARY EMPLOYEES: CASE STUDY IN TIRTAYASA DISTRICT

This study aims to determine the Disbursement Procedure for Honorary Employee Salary Funds in Tirtayasa District. Honorary labor is a person appointed by civil service supervisors in the government to carry out duties in government agencies to be a burden on the state revenue budget. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method using both Primary and Secondary Data Sources. Primary Data is obtained through interviews, while Secondary Data is gathered from books, the internet, and related documents. Informants include District Employees, Subdistrict Secretaries, Subdistrict Treasurers, and Village Community Empowerment officers in Tirtayasa District. The findings indicate that the disbursement of honorary employee salaries in Tirtayasa sub-district is based on the commitment and performance of the honorary employees, which is significantly improving their overall performance. Continuous guidance and motivation from the District Government are also necessary.
