Journal of Accounting, Management, and Economic Studies (JAMES) provides immediate and unrestricted open access to all published articles. This policy reflects our commitment to the free dissemination of knowledge and supports greater global access to academic research.

All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and adapt the material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, as long as proper attribution is given and derivative works are shared under the same license.

Authors retain the copyright of their articles and grant the journal the right of first publication.

To maintain open access, JAMES applies Article Processing Charges (APC) for accepted manuscripts. This fee supports the journal’s editorial operations, archiving, and platform maintenance.
